Anonymous Usage

You can use Let's Decide without creating an account. When using anonymously, we only store:

• Your chosen display name for that session
• Your votes (linked to your session name, not to you personally)

• Send notifications about polls in your groups (if you opt in)

Children's Privacy

Let's Decide does not use any analytics or third-party tracking. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we will send you notifications about:

• New polls in your groups
• Group invitations

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account:

• Your personal information is immediately deleted
• Your votes may remain in polls but will be anonymized
• Groups you created will remain accessible to other members

Third-Party Services

Let's Decide uses the following third-party services:

Your Rights Under the GDPR (EU/EEA and UK Users)

The data controller is Lucia Purcaru, reachable at hello@letsdecide.one.

We process your data to provide the service (account and poll data), with your consent (push notifications, which are optional and can be turned off at any time), and in our legitimate interest (keeping the service secure).

Under the GDPR you can: access or correct your data, have it deleted (delete your account in the app at any time), receive a copy of it, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. For anything not self-service in the app, contact us at hello@letsdecide.one.

Our data is hosted on Firebase (Google), which may store it outside the EU, including in the US. These transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can also use Let's Decide entirely without an account. Anonymous mode stores only a display name you choose and your votes, no personal data.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have similar rights under the CCPA: to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
