We process your data to provide the service (account and poll data), with your consent (push notifications, which are optional and can be turned off at any time), and in our legitimate interest (keeping the service secure).

Our data is hosted on Firebase (Google), which may store it outside the EU, including in the US. These transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can also use Let's Decide entirely without an account. Anonymous mode stores only a display name you choose and your votes, no personal data.
